- Manage staff, maintain resources and systems.
- Ensure sound financial management through budget and reporting disciplines.

- Develop the Executive and Committee and support their function.

- Review and implement actions on the SEPWA strategic plan.
- Manage security of SEPWA's intellectual property - membership, trials archive.
